For Diocesan Newspapers and Bishops
Pewsitter provides access to its emailing service to contact the Bishops or the Diocesan Newspaper Editors on a case by case basis. In most cases there will be a modest fee associated with the use of this service, but in certain cases we may opt to waive the fee.
While Pewsitter makes every attempt to keep the email addresses in its database current and accurate, we do not guarantee their deliverability or accuracy. This is especially true of email addresses for bishops. Some dioceses do publish an email address for the Ordinary. However, in many cases, no email address is provided so we use an alternative address. In some cases this alternative address may be the Bishop's secretary, or executive assistant or the Communications Director, or a general mailbox email address.
Below is the list of items that can be customized when using this service.

| Body | : Can be personalized (text only, no html mail). |
| Attachment | : No more than 3 attachments with total file size of less than 0.5MB. |
The above information including the exact content of what is to be mailed must be provided to Pewsitter before the mailing can be sent. |
